The integration of land uses within Grosvenor Village is intended to provide a flexible mixed-use outcome with Grosvenor Village.

Consideration has been given to the creation of an active and diverse town centre that will service the surrounding residential development proposed by the Moranbah Development Scheme.

The Grosvenor Village vision document is intended to establish an over arching and balanced approach to development of the site. The primary main street and civic precinct fronting Cunningham Road will provide ground floor uses Which activate the street such as retail, dining and other entertainment or community uses which will extend the daily life of the Village into the evening.

A complimentary mix of land uses both vertically and horizontally will further enhance the diversity and activity within the Village Centre. Therefore well considered mixed use propostals that enhance the Village Centre as a dynamic and robust place are encouraged as an extension of this framework.

Much of the work has been done for you as we have had extensive consultations with the Isaac Regional Council & the ULDA.
